Underdog closed on our new property at 2508 S. Stoughton Road in Madison. It will provide us with more space and allow us to help more animals and more community members with their pets.

Brutus may look like a big, tough guy, but don’t let that fool you — he’s really just a giant baby who wants love, affection, and a ball to chase!

This sweet, affectionate boy has spent the last two years living in an apartment, mastering his leash manners and proving himself to be the perfect house guest. He doesn’t counter-surf, won’t sneak onto your couch or bed, and is happiest leaning his big body right into you for snuggles. 

Now, Brutus is learning how fun it is to romp in a yard, chase toys, and stretch those long legs. He loves dogs but does best with pups closer to his own size — he’s still figuring out his doggy social skills.
Brutus is playful, loyal, and ready to bring endless love (and probably some heavy leaning!) into his forever home. 

If you’re looking for a gentle giant who will adore you with his whole heart, Brutus is your guy!
