Meet Ruth, an 8-year-old “mini tank” who is equal parts chubby and charming! This sweet senior has a heart as big as her personality. On walks, she moves a bit like a curious toddler, stopping to thoroughly investigate every fascinating smell along the way. But show her a tennis ball, and she turns on the speed! Ruth loves to fetch and will proudly bring the ball right back to you every time.

Ruth is a professional snuggler, happy to curl up right beside you for a solid family TV session or afternoon nap. A true social butterfly, she lights up when meeting new people and is great with other dogs. She’s also crate-trained, house-trained, and wonderfully easygoing.

She’d love a family who will provide regular walks and a healthy routine, but most of all, she just wants a companion to stick by her side.
