Onyx is a 5-year-old, 70-pound goofball who has earned the title of Underdog’s longest resident. Onyx has perfected the art of being a professional lounger and is happiest with a couch, a sunny spot, and his favorite humans nearby.

Onyx is house trained, knows several commands, walks well with his Gentle Leader-style harness, has lived with kids, and most importantly, LOVES being with his people. Onyx is looking for a home where he can be your one and only pet because, frankly, he’s enough dog to fill the position.

His adoption fee has already been completely covered by someone in our community who believes in him, so all this good-natured boy needs now is a forever family of his own! Could you be the one to finally give this sweet, goofy boy his happy ending?
